  We are an elderly couple in our eight and ninth decades both using computers at home on a daily basis for professinal and social purposes.
Stephen Middleton has helped us on several occasions when we have experienced  technical difficulties beyond our understanding, and responding. often at very short notice - to our great relief!
His repairs and updates to our systems are always preceded by a clear analysis and explanation of the problem in a jargon  free , non technical language without condescension  in the face of our limited knowledge.
His hourly charge for call out and servicing is, in our opinion, very modest in relation to the work nvolved.
We would recommend the company without reservation, especially for those who can feel helpless when things go wrong!

That time includes the time it took for replacement parts to arrive. Very quick and responsive at all hours of the day. Extremely friendly and the best service I've had in a while.
